Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Cup Cartel account and all associated data yourself, any time, directly in the app.

How to delete your account

Open Cup Cartel and sign inat cup-cartel.pages.dev — works in any browser, no separate app install needed.
Go to Settings → Account Settingstap your profile, then find the Account Settings page.
Scroll to "Account Management" and tap "Delete Account"you'll be asked to type your email to confirm, then confirm once more — this is permanent.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your profile, email, and login credentials
Your check-in history, punch-card stamps, and Cartel Points
Saved shops, favorites, and your Coffee Passport
Pending reward redemption requests

Reviews you've written stay visible (shops rely on real review history), but are no longer linked to your account or identity once it's deleted.

Can't sign in, or need your account deleted another way? Email privacy@cupcartel.app from the email address on your account and we'll take care of it.
