What is Cup Cartel?
A discovery and loyalty platform built specifically for independent coffee shops — it puts your shop in front of nearby customers and gives you real tools to turn first-time visitors into regulars, without building your own app.
How does it work?
You get a shop profile in the Cup Cartel app. Customers find you, check in when they visit (QR code or GPS), and earn stamps toward rewards you set. You manage all of it — profile, menu, rewards, reviews — from your own Owner Portal.
How much does it cost?
$29/month. Founding shops — the first 50 to join — get their first three months free before that starts.
What does a shop get?
A real profile with photos, menu, and your story; verified customer check-ins; a customizable punch card and rewards program; day-by-day analytics on views and visits; and an Owner Portal to manage everything and reply to reviews.
How does loyalty work?
You set the stamp thresholds and rewards on your punch card — free drink at 9 stamps, something bigger at 20, and so on. Customers earn stamps through verified check-ins, and you confirm every redemption in person with a short code, so there's no fraud risk.
What POS systems do you support?
Cup Cartel integrates with Square today, syncing your menu and matching real purchases to loyalty activity automatically. No POS integration is required to get started — the punch card and check-in system work on their own.
What happens after signing up?
We review your application and verify it's really your shop. Once approved, you'll get an invite to create your Owner Portal account — from there you're live: set up your profile, punch card, and start showing up to nearby customers.
